You set up Santa’s call from your family’s North Pole page. Choose who Santa is calling and what he should talk about: their wish list, going to bed on time, being kind or a topic you type. Santa rings a phone number you choose or joins in your browser, right away or at a time you schedule.

How long does Santa’s phone call last?

Santa’s live call lasts up to 5 minutes with the Christmas Pass and up to 10 minutes with the Family Pass, where Santa can talk with up to 3 children on one call. Message, Santa’s video on its own, has no call. If a call doesn’t connect, its minutes stay unused, so you can try again or schedule it.

The call that comes with your plan can be scheduled for any day up to December 24. A Christmas morning call is an optional paid extra: after the presents, Santa calls on December 25 to ask how Christmas went. You pick an hour between 8 and 11 am, and the call lasts up to 5 minutes.
